The Multiple User Accounts feature of the Merchant Interface allows you to create individual login IDs and passwords for each person who needs access to your payment gateway account. Each account can also be configured to include permissions to specific Merchant Interface features and functionality.

3. Managing Your Account

Managing Your AccountThe Authorize.Net Merchant Interface is a password-protected Web site where you can access transaction data, generate reports, process manual transactions, sign up for value-adding services, and configure your payment gateway account settings, including multiple user accounts.

It’s important to log into the Merchant Interface at least once a week to keep up to date on:

  • Important announcements that may affect your account.
  • New products or features.
  • Scheduled maintenance and more.
